Grand Finale of Pahadi Music Festival in Hamirpur with Star Performances

The grand finale of the Pahadi Music Festival was held at the Hamirpur on Monday, it was the initiative of Central Minister Anurag Thakur. The  program is being organized at the district level. The star performances by renowned singers Nati King Kuldeep Sharma and Maithili Thakur were the highlights of this grand finale.

Central Minister Anurag Thakur participated as the chief guest in this grand finale at the district level and honored the winners. It’s worth mentioning that this competition was organized at the mandal level across four sectors, and the winners and runners-up from sector levels were part of the grand finale, comprising 40 teams from the district.

Anurag Thakur emphasized that the main aim of this competition is to promote the culture of mountain music. While traditional songs in local dialects were fading in modern events like weddings and other local gatherings, efforts have been made to promote this culture through women panadi singers.

Commenting on the historic decision of the Supreme Court, Anurag Thakur said that just as Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken the initiative to make the country clean, this decision will play a significant role in cleansing politics. He emphasized that cleanliness in democracy will come only when the practice of buying and selling influence ends. He welcomed the Supreme Court’s decision, stating that it has come at the right time.

Regarding the BJP election committee meeting in Shimla, he mentioned that discussions will be held on the panels of candidates for all four seats in Himachal Pradesh, and after that, the Central High Command will announce the names of all four candidates. He expressed confidence that BJP will win all four seats in Himachal and surpass the milestone of 400 seats nationwide, thus re-electing Narendra Modi as Prime Minister once again.

Addressing the ongoing turmoil within the Congress party in Himachal Pradesh, he pointed out that not only the public but also their own MLAs are unhappy due to the false promises made by Congress. He highlighted the internal conflicts surfacing in cabinet meetings regularly, blaming the Congress party for this situation.
