Sr. Lawyer and Congress leader Rohit Sharma donates 51000 in CM relief fund

Advocate Rohit Kumar Sharma, a member of the State Bar Council and Congress spokesperson, has taken a commendable step towards helping those in need during times of crisis. In the current monsoon season, when the impact of disasters is felt by many, Advocate Rohit Kumar Sharma extended a helping hand to the affected by contributing to the Disaster Relief Fund-2023. On Monday, he transferred a generous sum of Rs. 51,000 through a QR code to the relief fund.
Notably, Rohit Sharma is among the few officials in the Congress organization who have made contributions to the disaster relief fund. While government legislators have contributed their one-month salary to the fund.
Following the transfer of funds by Advocate Rohit Sharma to the disaster relief fund, he received heartfelt appreciation and gratitude from the Chief Minister, who also sent him a slip acknowledging his contribution. It is worth mentioning that during the global pandemic in 2020, Advocate Rohit Sharma had rendered invaluable service to patients and the general public. At his own expense, he arranged 26 oxygen cylinders and attached a free ambulance to a hospital to help transport critically ill patients. Moreover, he also provided essential items such as masks, oximeters, PPE kits, and sanitizers to those in need, making it a part of his daily routine.

Advocate Rohit Sharma has now appealed to the organization’s members and the people of the district to come forward and support those in need during this time of crisis.
